Jet Knife Forming System

Our Jet Knife is an attachment designed for use in conjunction with ourVari-Kut In-Line Grinderparticle reduction system. Ideal for forming individual particulates such as pizza toppings, meatballs, or particulates used in soups and pet food, our Jet Knife can produce product in excess of 10,000 pounds per hour. The Jeft Knife blades are designed to deliver a precise, clean cut that produces consistent particle definition, without smear. The single-cut design results in decreased drying times and increased shelf life. The Jet Knife features a variable-speed hydraulic knife motor that permits control of particle cut length which helps maintain control of the particle length even when feeding multiple downstream machines.
