The Opti 120 features a twin-piston vacuum stuffing and pumping system with a variety of hopper options designed to match product requirements. It handles up to 12,000 lbs per hour.
The CircFood Opti 200 Inboard Vacuum Stuffer features a twin-piston vacuum stuffing and pumping system and includes a maximum capacity 20,000 lbs per hour, 250 psi pumping pressure. This pump is ideal for applications requiring higher speed output.
The Opti 200 Outboard vacuum stuffer and pump features a twin-piston system with a variety of hopper designs. It includes a max capacity of 20,000 lbs per hour.
With a maximum capacity of 28,000 lbs per hour, the Opti 280 features a twin-piston vacuum stuffing and pumping system that is ideal for all applications.

Fire roasting & grill marking.

Utilizing our direct flame technology, vegetables can be fire roasted and/or grill marked in an environment that maintains constant temperature accuracy for product consistency. Our blue flame technology is also utilized in preparation for flame peeling onions and peppers.

Gentle handling.

Twin-piston pumps allow for the gentlest handling of delicate products such as diced tomatoes and sliced peaches. Our Opti pumps can be equipped with a variety of hopper options designed to match application and product requirements.
